- If you have a lamp on your desk, and you’re not within Bluetooth range of it, turn off the lamp. The recipe will run when you leave your office or room with your phone or laptop and come back again (assuming that the device has been connected to Wi-Fi).
- If I leave my apartment at 8:00 am every weekday morning, change my thermostat to 68 degrees Fahrenheit before I leave so that it’s comfortable when I get home after work at 6 pm. The recipe runs only when necessary–in this case when someone leaves their apartment during these hours of operation (8 am – 6 pm).
